This site is a professional portfolio of Pablo Gens. Original texts, images and videos are protected by intellectual property law. Productions, brands, logos and videos belonging to third parties (production companies, agencies and advertisers) belong to their respective owners and are shown only to document the professional work carried out. If you own any content and want it removed, please write to us and it will be removed as soon as possible.

The owner is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from here. This website is governed by Spanish law.

2. Privacy policy

Data controller: the owner named above.

Purpose: to handle the messages you send through the contact form (for example enquiries, quotes or job proposals).

Data we process: your name, email address and message, plus the date and time you accepted this policy.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox in the form.

Retention: as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, at most, twelve months afterwards, unless a professional relationship begins or the law requires keeping them longer.

Recipients: data is not shared with third parties except the providers that deliver the service: web hosting (a dedicated server rented from Scaleway) and email (Purelymail), who act as data processors.

Analytics: we measure visits with our own system. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not identify you: it records the page viewed, the language, the domain you came from and whether you use a phone or a computer, together with an irreversible fingerprint that changes every day and cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next. This data is kept for thirteen months.

3. Your rights (GDPR)

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@pablogens.com. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.

4. Cookie policy

This website only uses what is strictly necessary, so it does not require your consent:

  • pg_idioma (one year): remembers the language you chose.
  • Form security cookie (until you close the browser): protects the contact form against forged submissions.
  • pg_aviso (browser local storage): remembers that you closed the cookie notice.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, nor third-party analytics tools.

5. YouTube, Vimeo and other third-party services

Videos of the projects are hosted on YouTube (Google) or Vimeo. Nothing is loaded from YouTube when you open a page: only when you press a video does the player open from youtube-nocookie.com (enhanced privacy mode). At that moment Google may receive your IP address and process data under its privacy policy. If you do not want that, do not press the video.

The same applies to Vimeo: nothing is loaded until you press a video, and its player opens with the “do not track” option, which stops it from recording session data, including cookies. When you press it, Vimeo may receive your IP address and process data under its privacy policy. If you do not want that, do not press the video.

The Instagram link is a regular link: no Instagram content is embedded on this website.
