If you have a problem with a product that has not been resolved by our technical support or sales staff, you can return the product within the period established in our General Conditions. The first step is to fill out the return form.
This form must be completed in its entirety, and we will respond by email within the next 3 business days, with the instructions to formalize the return.
Products must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent. Requests for products that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be attended.
